Digital operation management in the logistics industry

As a representative enterprise with a voice in digital operation management in the logistics industry, it has been selected as a classic business case and included in the IMBA Operations Management program at the University of Hong Kong Fudan University. In this lecture, we first shared the current industry landscape and characteristics from a macro perspective, as well as the crucial role logistics plays in the development of the national economy, providing students with a foundational framework for understanding the logistics industry.

Many major business model innovations are closely related to the continuous cost reduction of logistics and the rise of industrial Internet. With the transformation of industrial and consumption patterns, the continuous pursuit of supply chain efficiency will continue to drive innovation in various industries.
